We had strawberry shortcake, cookies and hot chocolate. Saturday afternoon a few took a ride to the winery near by while others went to Camping World for supplies. Saturday night we had a hot dog roast, with potato salad, macaroni salad & chips, then we made apple and cherry pies and smores in the fire, everyone really enjoyed that. Sunday morning we had bagels with assorted cream cheeses, coffee and orange juice. The 50/50 was won by Geraldine Scott. We had cool weather everyday and it was nice having a fire going the whole weekend. Those that came in on Thursday went out for a nice meal at Cracker Barrel, then Wilma & Sylvia played Bingo in the clubhouse. They both won twice and Wima even won a door prize. The campground has a beautiful clubhouse, with comfortable chairs and couches to sit and talk. Everyone was impressed with the bathrooms, they were unisex and had all the facilities in one room. It was just like being at home in your own bathroom. They also had access to the internet in the clubhouse. Friday morning it was chilly, so a few of us played games in the clubhouse. In the evening we had snacks and hot apple cider which was delicious. Saturday morning a bunch of us went to the local flea market. The place was very big, and some of us got some good buys there. Saturday night we had a covered dish supper at the park's sales office. Everyone enjoyed all the variety of food that was there. Later a lot of us went back into the clubhouse to watch T. V. or to play different games like Sequence and hand and foot. Sunday morning we had bagels, juice and coffee.
